However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

The product must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged in any way.
We kindly ask you to avoid using perfume or deodorant when trying on our clothes. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

For returns or exchanges, please send us a message with your order number and reason for return/exchange to: just.dresscode@gmail.com .

After acceptance, we will contact you and inform you about the next steps.
All returns/exchanges are shipped at your own expense.

Make sure you fill it out correctly and place it in your returned product shipment. Pack the box carefully so that it reaches us safely.

We suggest shipping via a reputable courier company or registered mail via Poczta Polska. Please remember that we do not accept cash on delivery or parcel locker shipments.

Funds are refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned product resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. If the value of the returned goods has been reduced, the refund amount may be reduced.
